1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website, software, or services provided by Intevo Solutions ("Intevo", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary products, technology, source code, designs, graphics, audio visualizations, trademarks, and documentation displayed on this site—including Intevo Pulse and Intevo branding—are the exclusive intellectual property of Intevo Solutions and are protected under UAE and international copyright and trademark laws.
3. Client Engagements & Services
Custom product engineering, dedicated team arrangements, and strategic software consulting services are governed by formal Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between Intevo Solutions and client entities.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Intevo Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
